The CME Group Non-Professional Self-Certification is a standard industry requirement that all traders must complete before accessing real-time CME market data on our platform.
Why Is This Required?
CME Group, the exchange that lists the futures contracts you trade on our platform (ES, NQ, CL, GC, and their micro versions), requires that all end users of their market data certify their status as either professional or non-professional data subscribers. This is an industry-wide requirement — not specific to Ultra Future Funding.
What Does It Involve?
When you first log into your dashboard after creating your account, you will be presented with the CME Non-Professional Self-Certification form. You must:
Read through the full agreement (you must scroll to the bottom)
Certify that you meet the criteria for non-professional data usage
Submit the form to gain access to the trading platform
What Qualifies as Non-Professional?
You qualify as non-professional if you:
Use market data for personal, non-business purposes
Are not registered or qualified with any securities authority or financial regulatory body
Are not acting on behalf of an institution or using data for business purposes
Can I Skip This Step?
No. The CME Non-Professional Agreement is mandatory for all traders. You will not be able to access the trading platform or place any trades until this agreement is completed. Your IP address is recorded for audit purposes as part of the compliance process.
