The 40% Consistency Rule applies to funded accounts only. It is a payout requirement. There is no consistency rule in the evaluation — you can pass in a single trading day.

The Rule

To request a payout, your best single trading day cannot be more than 40% of your total net profit over the period since your last payout (or since funding, for your first payout).

Best day ÷ total net profit ≤ 40%

Example — $50K Funded Account

  • Total net profit since last payout: $3,000

  • Best day: $1,500 = 50% → not yet eligible

  • Keep trading until total profit is at least $3,750 (so $1,500 is 40%), or spread profits more evenly

Passing Example

  • Day 1: +$600 · Day 2: +$800 · Day 3: +$500 · Day 4: +$700 · Day 5: +$400

  • Total: $3,000 → best day $800 = 26.7% → passes

In the Evaluation

No consistency rule. Hit the profit target without touching the Maximum Loss Limit and you pass — even if it all happens in one day.

Why This Rule Exists

It rewards repeatable, consistent trading in funded accounts rather than one oversized day.
