Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited trading behaviors, consequences of violations, and how we detect them.

To keep the program fair, the following are prohibited at every stage — evaluation and funded.

Prohibited Trading Strategies

  1. Hedging — Long and short positions in the same or correlated instrument at the same time, in one account or across accounts. See "Understanding Hedging."

  2. Account stacking — Repeatedly taking oversized, high-risk trades until an account hits the Maximum Loss Limit, then resetting or switching accounts to repeat.

  3. Simulator exploitation — Strategies that depend on fills you could not get in a live market, including scalping built on unrealistic fills, rapid high-volume orders to gain queue priority, reckless trades in gapped or locked markets, and very tight brackets designed to capture favorable simulated fills.

  4. Trading outside the best bid/offer — Trades at prices that would not be available in a live market.

  5. Delayed or external data — Trading off price display errors, data feed delays, or faster outside data feeds.

  6. Unfair technology — Bots, AI, ultra-high-speed systems, or mass order entry designed to exploit the simulated environment.

  7. Exploiting bugs — Using platform errors or deficiencies for profit. Report bugs to support instead.

  8. Disruptive practices — Spoofing, layering, or any manipulative order activity.

Prohibited Account Conduct

  1. Third-party trading — Letting someone else trade your account, or trading for someone else.

  2. Coordinated trading — Pooling risk, mirroring, or copying trades with other traders. Copying across your own accounts in the same direction is allowed.

  3. Multiple identities — Opening accounts under another person's name or a false identity.

  4. Location tricks — Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to hide your location.

  5. Excessive purchases — Buying evaluations or resets in excess (resets are limited to 5 per account per day).

  6. Payment abuse — Bad-faith chargebacks or disputes, or using a payment method that is not yours.

  7. Unprofessional conduct — Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team or other traders.

Consequences

Violations are reviewed case by case based on severity and history. Possible actions include:

  • A warning

  • Removal of trades from a trading day

  • Account reset

  • Delay or denial of a payout request

  • Permanent account closure

  • Ban from the program, including all current and future accounts

Profits gained through prohibited conduct are not eligible for payout. New accounts opened after a ban will be closed without a refund. Some violations, such as confirmed hedging or simulator exploitation, may lead to closure without a prior warning.

How We Detect Violations

  • Hedge Trading Analysis (HTA) across accounts

  • Shared IP and device detection

  • Trade pattern analysis

  • Administrative review of flagged activity

Appeals

If an appeal is available, our team will contact you. Appeals may be denied where fraud, manipulation, or confirmed hedging is found.

Most traders will never encounter any of these issues. Trade with a genuine, disciplined approach and you have nothing to worry about.

Governing Terms

This article summarizes our policies. The Ultra Future Funding Terms of Service control if there is any difference. Ultra Future Funding is a Wyoming limited liability company, and the Terms of Service and these policies are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
