Yes! Ultra Future Funding does NOT restrict trading during news events or economic releases.

You are free to trade before, during, and after major economic announcements including:

  • Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP)

  • Consumer Price Index (CPI)

  • Federal Reserve (FOMC) announcements

  • GDP reports

  • Initial Jobless Claims

  • Any other scheduled or unscheduled news events

Important Considerations

While news trading is allowed, we recommend that all traders practice proper risk management during high-volatility events:

  • Expect wider spreads — During major news releases, bid-ask spreads may temporarily widen

  • Expect fast price movements — Markets can move significantly in seconds during news events

  • Use appropriate position sizes — Consider reducing your position size during high-impact events

  • Set stop-losses — Protect your account from adverse moves

  • Be aware of slippage — In fast-moving markets, fills may differ from your expected price

Trading news events is a legitimate strategy, but it carries additional risk. Trade responsibly.
