Ultra Future Funding may close an evaluation or funded account in the situations below.
Reasons an Account May Be Closed
Hitting the Maximum Loss Limit — the account is liquidated (you can reset or buy a new evaluation).
Prohibited conduct — including hedging, account stacking, simulator exploitation, unfair technology, or coordinated trading. See "Prohibited Conduct" and "Understanding Hedging."
Identity or eligibility issues — failed or false identity verification (KYC), more than one identity, account sharing, letting someone else trade your account, or participation not permitted under U.S. sanctions. See "Am I Eligible to Trade?"
Payment issues — chargebacks, payment fraud, or using a payment method that is not yours.
Inactivity — funded accounts with no trades for 30 days. See "Inactivity Policy."
Unprofessional behavior — threats, harassment, or abuse toward our team or community.
What Happens When an Account Is Closed
Open positions are closed and access to the account ends.
If closed for a rule violation, pending payout requests may be denied and profits linked to the violation are forfeited.
Evaluation fees and reset fees are not refunded.
Balances in simulated accounts have no cash value. Only approved payouts are paid.
If a funded account is closed for inactivity, you can request any eligible payout before the closure date.
Serious violations may lead to a ban on all current and future accounts.
Notice and Appeals
We will email you the reason for any closure. If you believe a closure was made in error, email [email protected] within 14 days with your account ID and explanation. We will review and respond with a final decision. Confirmed hedging violations are final and cannot be appealed.
Professional Behavior
We expect respectful communication with our team and other traders. Abusive behavior in chat, email, Discord, or social media can result in account closure.
