Your Rules Are Locked When You Buy
The trading rules, profit target, loss limit, payout rules, and pricing in effect when you purchase an account apply to that account. Later changes do not reduce the terms you bought under.
30-Day Notice
When we change rules, pricing, or fees, we will:
Email all active customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect
Update the Help Center with the new rules and the effective date
Changes apply to accounts purchased on or after the effective date.
Exceptions
Some changes may take effect sooner when they are outside our control or needed to protect the program, including:
Changes required by law or regulation
Changes by CME Group, such as exchange fees, trading hours, or holiday schedules
Temporary risk adjustments during extreme volatility (see "High-Volatility Risk Adjustments")
Steps needed to stop fraud, abuse, or exploitation of the platform
We will still notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

This article summarizes our policies. The Ultra Future Funding Terms of Service control if there is any difference. Ultra Future Funding is a Wyoming limited liability company, and the Terms of Service and these policies are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
