What Counts as Activity
Placing at least one trade on the account. Logging in alone does not count as trading activity.
Timeline
Days without a trade | What happens |
14 days | Market data is paused. It is restored automatically the next time you log in. |

30 days | Funded account is closed |
Before Closure
If you have eligible profits, request a payout before day 30. Balances in simulated accounts have no cash value after closure.
Evaluation Accounts
Evaluation accounts stay open while your 30-day subscription is active. Market data may still be paused after 14 days without a trade and is restored when you log in.
Keeping Your Account Active
Place at least one trade within every 30-day period.
