Ultra Future Funding is open to traders in the United States and internationally.
Requirements
Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
One person, one identity: Each trader may hold accounts only under their own legal name. You may not open accounts for, or trade on behalf of, anyone else.
Identity verification: You must pass identity verification (KYC) before your first payout. We may ask you to re-verify at any time.
Matching names: The name on your Ultra Future Funding account, your identity document, and your Rise payout account must match.
Local law: You are responsible for making sure participation is lawful where you live.
U.S. Sanctions
Ultra Future Funding is a U.S. company and must comply with U.S. sanctions laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We cannot accept or pay:
Persons located in, or ordinarily resident in, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions
Persons on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or other U.S. sanctions lists
Anyone acting on behalf of the persons above
Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to hide your location is prohibited and will result in account closure.
Re-Verification
We may request updated documents at any time, including if your location or details change. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete.
Governing Terms
This article summarizes our policies. The Ultra Future Funding Terms of Service control if there is any difference. Ultra Future Funding is a Wyoming limited liability company, and the Terms of Service and these policies are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
