Before your first payout, you must verify your identity. Verification is handled by our identity partner, Sumsub.

When You Need to Verify

  • Before your first payout request

  • Any time we ask you to re-verify

We recommend verifying as soon as you pass your evaluation so your first payout is not delayed.

How to Verify

  1. Log in to your dashboard and open Verify Identity

  2. Select your country and document type

  3. Take or upload a photo of your document (front and back if required)

  4. Complete the selfie / liveness check on your phone or webcam

  5. Submit. Most checks finish within minutes; some need manual review.

Accepted Documents

A valid, government-issued photo ID, such as:

  • Passport

  • National ID card

  • Driver's license

  • Residence permit

Accepted document types vary by country. Sumsub may also ask for additional documents, such as proof of address.

Tips to Pass the First Time

  • Use the original document — no photocopies, scans of copies, or screenshots

  • Make sure the document is not expired

  • Show all four corners, with no glare or blur

  • Use your real legal name on your Ultra Future Funding account

  • Use good lighting for the selfie and remove hats or sunglasses

If Verification Fails

Follow the instructions in the verification screen to resubmit. If it still fails, contact [email protected]. Submitting false or altered documents, or using someone else's identity, results in permanent account closure.

Your Data

Your documents are processed by Sumsub for identity verification and fraud prevention, and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
